Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to join the Ford Pro EU CRM team, part of the broader Ford Pro Digital Marketing division. This role is pivotal in steering the organization towards a digital-first, omni-channel customer journey for all Ford Pro stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine Ford Pro marketing campaigns that support customer engagement throughout their lifecycle.
  • Facilitate key product launches and promotional activities across the five pillars of Ford Pro.
  • Assist EU market teams in executing tactical campaigns aimed at achieving both local and central objectives.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and reporting/dashboard tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in scaling operations through a test-and-learn approach.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and presenting complex information clearly.
  • Project management experience within an agile framework.
  • Strong knowledge of digital compliance, including GDPR and EU Privacy Laws.
  • Self-motivated with a history of taking ownership of significant projects and collaborating effectively across functions.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in a second language.
  • Salesforce certifications or experience with marketing, sales, or data cloud.
  • Data science certifications or relevant experience.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
