Job Title: Band 6 Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Greenwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex presentations.
  • Work autonomously as a practitioner, managing a significant caseload and prioritizing tasks to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Band 5 or 6 Occupational Therapist.
  • Record of all immunizations.
  • NHS experience.
  • Manual handling experience.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Occupational Therapist Qualification.
