About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our commercial support team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients across a wide range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial support including measurement, estimating, contract review, administration, and procurement.
  • Manage interim valuations, variation management, cost value reconciliations, and final account settlements.
  • Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and specialist contractors.
Requirements
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in subcontracting, contracting, or PQS would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professionalism, approachability, and a strong team player.
  • A dedication to achieving RICS accreditation.
  • A strong passion for continuous improvement and further development.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
