About the Role

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of eight Quantity Surveyors, working on a diverse range of projects including commercial, educational, and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the QS team in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
  • Assist in the management of project budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects

Requirements

  • A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Basic knowledge of construction law and contract administration
