Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional service to our discerning guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and high-quality presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in premium dining restaurants.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Highly customer-focused and able to provide a better experience to guests.
  • Friendly yet professional communication style.
