Job Title: Senior Hair Educator

Join ghd, a leading hair styling brand, as a Senior Hair Educator and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional education and training to our top salon and premium retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of creativity and excellence within our team.
  • Role model and champion our 5Cs framework, embodying Collaborative, Creative, Courageous, Connected, and Committed values.
  • Develop and deliver trend-led education sessions to key account salons, national accounts, and high-tier ghd stockists.
  • Support the sales team in gaining new ghd stockists and driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the salon channel to implement effective recommendation and communication of ghd brand.
  • Attend regional and national sales meetings, representing the education department and driving business growth.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with Premium Retail Brand Ambassadors and mentor a regional team of freelance ghd educators.
  • Develop and implement an in-depth reporting system on regional education and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Highly qualified senior hair stylist background with a strong understanding of the hair, fashion, and beauty industry.
  • Confident understanding of social media and ability to adapt education or communication to various teams and stylists.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and multitask under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
