The Field Sales Executive Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing a business plan to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintaining and developing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Utilizing CRM (MS Dynamics) to follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotes
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a first-class service is provided to customers
  • Aadopting a consultative approach with clients to tailor solutions to meet their needs
  • Prospecting for new customers and turning this into increased business
  • Meeting sales targets assigned to you
Key Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years field-based/client-facing sales experience
  • Effective negotiator with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Recent B2B field sales/customer-facing experience
  • Ability to demonstrate a record of impressive performance
  • Open to learning our business and sector
  • Computer literacy and ability to use CRM (MS Dynamics) and MS Office products
