We are a well-established residential company with a strong presence across the city, currently seeking a skilled professional to oversee the coordination and supervision of sub-contractors involved in external works, including facades, roofing, and landscaping.

  • Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors involved in external works, including facades, roofing, and landscaping.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of external works with the overall construction programme.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate between site installation, manufacturing, and designers.
  • Coordinate cladding manufacturing at the factory (between balcony and window contractor).

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Exterior Site Manager or similar role in residential construction.
  2. Strong understanding of external works, including facades, roofing, and landscaping.
  3. Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
  4. Experience in managing multi-phased projects is highly desirable.
