About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join our team at Brightstone Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial valuation team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of valuation and consultancy work on behalf of banks, private investors, debt providers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out commercial loan security reports, valuations for accounting purposes, asset valuations, and valuation/appraisal work for residential development schemes and build stock.
