Estate Agent Sales Administrator Opportunity

A prestigious estate agency in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Administrator to join their award-winning team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals
  • Prepare and send out terms of business to clients
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on clients
  • Organize property photographs and create brochures for marketing purposes
  • Upload property details to online portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Post new properties on social media platforms
  • Send out offer letters and memorandums of sale to clients
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Estate Agent Sales Administrator or in a similar role
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Accurate typing and PC skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
