Job Title: Production Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Kepak Group. As a key member of our Retail Packing Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality products are produced and packaged for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow clear operational processes and customer specifications to provide consistently high-quality products
  • Identify improvements to the ways of working and contribute to the effective operation of the line
  • Adhere to Health and Safety rules and procedures, including correct wearing of issued PPE
Requirements:
  • Check the cuts of meat to ensure they meet specifications
  • Arrange meat in packaging, complying with display requirements
  • Ensure pack weight is correct
  • Reject any items, including packaging and meats, that do not meet quality specifications
