About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective presentation of products in retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Standards: You will be responsible for adhering to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety protocols.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
- Pride in delivering high standards and service for clients
- Experience in training or coaching colleagues is a plus
- Ability to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (additional pay applies)
- Confidence in using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
- A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus
