We are seeking a skilled and experienced caretaker to join our team at Morgan Hunt Recruitment on a temporary basis. The position will be based in East London, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building maintenance, health and safety, and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of facilities
  • Conduct health and safety patrols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Carry out grounds maintenance, including landscaping and upkeep of outdoor spaces
  • Act as a key holder and manage access to the premises
  • Manage post and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure receipt of mail and packages

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in the education sector
  • Valid enhanced DBS check

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm

Hourly Rate: £14 to £15 per hour
