CNC Miller Programmer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller Programmer to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will have expertise in CNC programming and machining operations, with a focus on producing precise components to drawing specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing programs using offline software, such as Alphacam and Solidworks.
  2. Tool selection, machine calibration, and operating machining to produce precision components.
  3. Maintaining detailed records of programming parameters, setup procedures, and production metrics.
  4. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to uphold a safe and efficient working environment.
  5. Interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T to produce high-quality components.
Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am (flexible). The role offers a competitive salary of £36-42K depending on experience, as well as private health insurance and life assurance.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in CNC Milling and programming.
  • Experience with Alphacam and Solidworks or similar software.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
