Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diaries of our Hearing Aid Dispensers and Ear Care Practitioner, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling.
  • Upsell products, accessories, and our care plan called One Plan, meeting daily and weekly targets/KPIs.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy clinic environment, adhering to our high standards of customer service.
  • Perform reception and administrative duties, providing excellent customer service to our clients.
