Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring accurate and timely vehicle invoicing, ordering, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle invoicing and ordering
  • Checking and verifying all relevant documents for tax purposes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records
  • Providing management information and liaising with manufacturers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a motor trade sales administration role or a stable administration background
  • Strong administration skills and ability to work with different departments
