Our client, a reputable independent chartered Town Planning and Development Consultancy, is engaged in a diverse array of development projects throughout the UK. They are involved in various sectors including residential, retail, tourism, renewable energy, health & education, as well as rural and heritage projects.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that provides comprehensive planning services. Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in strategy and development assessments
2. Supporting planning applications and appeals
3. Engaging with communities and stakeholders
4. Contributing to expert witness representations

Candidate Profile:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- An RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field
- Previous experience in a planning capacity is advantageous, whether in the public or private sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude towards planning
