Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Building Surveyor to join our team at Reed Construction. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering core building surveying services to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Deliver Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Party Wall, Landlord and Tenant, Defect Analysis and Rectification, and other building surveying services to clients.
  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies to meet client needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on building regulations, planning, and specification writing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Building Surveying degree graduate with 6 months to 2 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering building surveying services, including Contract Administration, Dilapidations, and Party Wall.
  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations 2015 and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present a professional image.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for work.
