At Pembroke Communications, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our market-leading restructuring tax team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference on a range of high-profile and dynamic transactions.

About the Role

  • Provide tax advice on the restructuring of financially distressed businesses, working closely with our internal restructuring business units.
  • Prepare VAT reports and other deliverables, ensuring timely submission of returns and documentation to tax authorities.
  • Support business development activities, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the technical development of our restructuring business through design and delivery of training.
  • Collaborate with our wider restructuring team and tax team to enhance processes, controls, and efficiencies.
  • Prepare indirect tax thought pieces with the support of our wider tax team.
