Exciting Opportunity for Civils CAD Technician

We are seeking an experienced Civils CAD Technician to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results and contributing to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and produce detailed drawings and designs using AutoCAD software and other relevant tools.
  • Develop and revise drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide technical support to on-site technicians and collaborate with stakeholders across various teams and projects.
  • Streamline and automate drawing and engineering processes, proposing innovative ideas to improve efficiency.
  • Attend site surveys and participate in project meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND/BTec in Engineering (Civils) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years' experience in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D/MicroStation.
  • Proficient in 3D modeling software (Autodesk Revit preferable).
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering design principles and surveying techniques.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
