About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our external sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing and Quote Management: Process orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Phone and Email Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the external sales team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: Internal sales support experience is essential for this role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Education: A good understanding of IT systems and software is necessary, with a sound level of IT skills.
