Job Title: Clinical Lead - Adult Care

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in Adult Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the bespoke care and support of clients, helping them to achieve their full potential and experience an increased quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the service user, their family and healthcare workers, as well as developing individualised care plans to ensure goals are patient-focused, realistic and achievable.
  • Be responsible for the production of standard and bespoke risk management plans for clients, ensuring any identified high risk is escalated and acted upon, working with other stakeholders to plan, monitor and review effectiveness of any plan in place.
  • Manage the delivery of client-specific clinical training for staff within packages and delegate tasks.
  • Ensure all clients allocated are regularly reviewed in accordance with company policies, contributing towards the implementation of CQC regulations, auditing documentation and escalating concerns.

Requirements:
  • RGN registration with a current NMC pin, band 6 or above.
  • Experience in either complex care, critical care, ITU, HDU or A&E.
  • Driver's license with access to a vehicle.
Salary:

£42,000 to £45,000 a year + 5% annual bonus + £3,000 car allowance.
