Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at Glasgow Hospital.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the Clinical team within the pre-op & outpatients clinical team. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of these clinical areas, and will be required to work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize the Clinical team within the pre-op & outpatients clinical team
  • Ensure the smooth running of these clinical areas
  • Work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department
  • Assist in several clinical departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team to a shared vision and promote innovation and sustainability
