About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Reporting Manager to join our team at Mace. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our project managers and ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Controls Management: You will be responsible for managing project controls processes, including cost, risk, schedule, change management, and reporting.
  • Support to Project Managers: You will provide technical support to project managers on all aspects of project controls.
  • Meeting Coordination: You will coordinate and attend key project meetings to capture decisions and actions.
  • Project Calendar Management: You will maintain the project calendar and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of upcoming deadlines and milestones.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will provide regular reporting and analysis to project managers and stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Technical Degree or Equivalent: You will have a technical degree or equivalent experience, ideally with an APC.
  • Project Management Experience: You will have relevant experience in project management or a project controls environment.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools: You will have knowledge of project management tools and software, including reporting and data management.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex project information to stakeholders.
