We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our Supported Living Service as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to Service Users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each Service User.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare teams and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to risk assessments and management strategies.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults or children with learning disabilities.
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Driver's license (desirable).
