Workday HCM Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our client in a post-go-live environment. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and continuously improving the Core HCM system, acting as the go-to SME within the EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your configuration experience with Core HCM, with touch points into other modules such as Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence, and Data plus reporting.
  • Maintenance, support, and Continuous improvement with Core HCM.
  • Be influential in working with Stakeholders, building strong relationships to see real value of the Workday system and stakeholder engagement buy-in.
  • Work as part of a superb HRIS Team made up of Modular Specialists.
Requirements:
  • 4+ Years Experience configuring Workday Core HCM. Any Security experience highly desired along with experience across any of Time, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
  • Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system.
  • BAU/Post Go-live support, optimisation, new features, resolution, identifying areas of improvement and releases.
