Senior Workday HCM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Specialist to join our prestigious organization in a post-go-live environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply configuration experience with Core HCM as a go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) while supporting other SMEs and engaging with other modules within the Workday suite.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build strong relationships, ensuring the true value of the Workday system is recognized and fully leveraged.
  • Collaborate with an exceptional HRIS team composed of modular specialists, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2/3+ years of experience in configuring Workday Core HCM.
  • Experience with Workday Security is highly desirable, along with familiarity with modules such as Time, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
  • Ability to hit the ground running with proven experience in a fast-paced, post-go-live support environment.
