This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent property management firm. We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance for commercial facilities. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems across various properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs including lighting systems, control panels, and power distribution.
  • Maintain emergency lighting systems to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on air conditioning units, including filter changes and cleaning.
