Join our esteemed client as a Facilities Management Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Management Assistant, you will be instrumental in coordinating various Facilities Management (FM) activities, including maintenance and strategic construction initiatives. Your role will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring timely updates and actions are communicated effectively.
Primary Duties:
- Collaborate with Site Business Partners and Building custodians to establish and lead a comprehensive Site/Building Process confirmation routine.
- Manage action documentation and ensure prompt follow-up on FM topics, providing updates to relevant business areas.
- Represent FM at site-level working groups as needed.
- Assist the Site FMRE Business Partner in addressing reactive and unplanned issues that may arise.
- Support the Site FMRE Business Partner and EHS Controller in addressing EHS topics requiring attention and improvement, acting as a coordinator when necessary.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities management or construction, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster customer relations and manage stakeholders effectively are essential, as this role will primarily interface with customers.
- Candidates should possess a dynamic approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.
