Job Title: Video Producer - Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Producer - Creative Lead to join our team at the Blockchain and Climate Institute. As a key member of our Communications team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our work in climate action and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a video content strategy that aligns with our Communications goals
  • Conceptualize and produce engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and newsletters
  • Collaborate with our Communications team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
  • Manage and edit video content to ensure high-quality output
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on video production best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
