Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture professional to join our team as a Children and Young People's Lead. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Consunet by leading the development of our people strategy, building leadership and workforce capability, and fostering a high-performance culture.
About the Role
As a Children and Young People's Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the People and Culture Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with Consunet's organisational goals and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Design and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies to support business growth and development.
- Organisational Excellence: Implement best practices in human resources management to support the organisation's strategy and proactively manage risks.
- Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives that promote wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and embed the values of Consunet across the organisation.
- Strategic Guidance and Customer-Focused Solutions: Provide strategic guidance and deliver customer-focused solutions that are pragmatic and agile.
