At Connect Plus Services, we are committed to the upkeep and advancement of the M25, investing significantly each year to ensure its reliability. In this role, you will have the chance to spearhead and implement innovative design strategies for pavement rehabilitation projects across the M25 corridor, guaranteeing the secure and effective functioning of this essential infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the design team to develop and refine solutions for future initiatives
- Oversee design projects from initial concept through to construction completion
- Collaborate with asset management and project oversight teams
- Ensure that designs adhere to safety and operational efficiency standards
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Familiarity with applicable highway design regulations and standards
- Knowledge of CDM and health & safety protocols
Desirable:
Membership in a professional engineering institution or progress towards itRelevant vocational qualifications in engineering disciplinesExperience in asset managementProficiency in design software applicationsUnderstanding of Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8Core Behaviours:

Location:
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week at the Connect Plus Services offices.
