Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team at Talent Finder Careers. As a Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and safety practices across all projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and conducting regular site visits and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Contracts Team and Directors to maintain and improve safety standards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
