Concierge Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. in Birmingham. As a key operational post, this role will contribute to the management and development of our services in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a proactive point of contact for service users who may require support in an emergency or crisis situation.
  • Ensure a good standard of professional service is given and work within the Association's Policies and Procedures.
  • Support the concierge team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
