As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys and valuations of residential properties, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough surveys and valuations of residential properties, utilizing expertise in building surveying and valuation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and guidance throughout property transactions.
  • Collaborate with key partners to enhance business development opportunities and expand the network of clientele and referring partners.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accreditation with a minimum of two years of experience in residential property surveying and valuation.
  • Has a strong understanding of Level 3 Building Survey experience, with VRS registration being a plus.
  • Resides within the region, with easy access to major transportation hubs.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Is passionate about delivering high-quality services and thrives in a hands-on role.
  • Is eager to expand and grow the network of clientele and referring partners.
