At Weston Office Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering and managing the full sales cycle, acting as the front line of the sales process.
About the RoleThe Sales Executive will play a central role in the execution of our commercial strategy and achievement of overall commercial goals. You will be a key member of the commercial team, working closely with sales coordinators to ensure seamless sales pipelines and consistently liaising with clients to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation strategies, including cold calling, pitches, and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders
- Act as a brand ambassador, attending events and networking to enhance our reputation and network
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in commercial or real estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
