Job Title: Sales Executive

At Weston Office Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering and managing the full sales cycle, acting as the front line of the sales process.

About the Role

The Sales Executive will play a central role in the execution of our commercial strategy and achievement of overall commercial goals. You will be a key member of the commercial team, working closely with sales coordinators to ensure seamless sales pipelines and consistently liaising with clients to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation strategies, including cold calling, pitches, and events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders
  • Act as a brand ambassador, attending events and networking to enhance our reputation and network
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in commercial or real estate sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
