Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Lucas Executive Search. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement tools and processes
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools
  • Ability to travel as required
