Project Coordinator Job Description

Vital Energi is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Design team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of design packages on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Leader and/or Design Manager in managing the design process, utilizing commercial, contractual, and technical expertise.
  • Identify, scope, and appoint external consultants and contractors as needed for successful project delivery.
  • Support the Town and Country Planning processes.
  • Plan, chair, and record meetings, ensuring key progress and decisions are documented.
  • Assist in maintaining pace with project timescales and ensuring design quality.
  • Eliminate or reduce health and safety risks in the design.
  • Operate in accordance with Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
  • Maintain good relations with internal colleagues, installation, and project teams.
Requirements:
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of working on construction projects.
  • A can-do attitude and a flair for innovation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline or Construction Management or Architecture.
