We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Assessor - Clinical Expert. In this role, you will work with individuals who have a diverse range of physical and/or mental health conditions, conducting thorough assessments to support the decision-making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals, using your clinical expertise to gain a deep understanding of their health challenges and how they impact their daily life.
- Interpret medical evidence and gather findings into a detailed report, supporting the decision-making process by the DWP.
- Work in an office-style environment and at home, completing assessments over the telephone, video, or face-to-face.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin registration.
- At least 1 year's broad post-registration experience, with UK experience being essential.
- Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and possess strong IT competency.
