Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Goods In process, ensuring all goods are stored and stock levels are maintained.
  • Oversee the picking function for CCK, ensuring each section of the kitchen receives products within agreed parameters.
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement within the department, including tool changes to achieve optimal performance.
  • Communicate and manage the transportation line between CCK, CKK, and Logistics, working closely with the QC to ensure all traceability is present.
  • Develop a training program to support new starters and ensure they're fully trained within an agreed timeframe.
  • Keep Team Leaders informed of overall business performance and strategic plans affecting the department.
  • Operate all stock control systems accurately.
Requirements
  • Experience with Forklift operation and a valid Forklift License.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Systems and ERP Systems.
