Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of products, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure products are loaded and unloaded in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and dispatch loads.
  • Report any trailer or MHE faults and ensure VOR vehicles are placed in designated areas.
  • Ensure goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
  • Ensure dispatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
  • Meet company productivity targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ensure all practices and procedures are carried out safely and in line with company Health & Safety policy, SSOWs, and HACCP regulations.
  • Receive, record, and notify customer returns to the appropriate Stock Controller.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team of colleagues.
  • Experience with Manual Handling equipment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Effectively prioritize workload to meet set deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge within a Warehouse and Logistics operation.
  • Proactive and able to make decisions.
