About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our successful team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 250 properties, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Manage a portfolio of up to 250 properties, ensuring timely rent collection, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell services, including ancillary and peripheral products, to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Mid-Term Inspection Follow-Ups: Manage mid-term inspection follow-ups, ensuring quality and trade discount earnings are maximized.
  • Weekly Arrear Management: Manage weekly arrears, including rent and legal protection submission claims and management.
  • Inspection Reports: Prepare inspection reports for your portfolio, ensuring quality of content and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a comparable role, preferably in the property management industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in property management or a related field.
