Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 2nd Line IT Support professional to join our team at Plugdin Business Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, both remotely and onsite.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact sales

Requirements:
