Estate Director - Iconic Mixed Use Estate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Director to lead our facilities management team at one of London's most iconic mixed-use estates. As the Estate Director, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class FM service provision across the estate, ensuring the highest levels of customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experienced FM professionals to deliver a best-in-class FM service provision across the estate.
  • Line management of the operational team across the estate.
  • Oversight of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives across the estate.
  • Oversight of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives across the estate.
  • Oversight of compliance, promotional works, budgets, and high-level operational activity.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service standards are set across the estate.
  • Oversight of Health & Safety management.
  • Ensure that technical maintenance and services are maintained to the highest levels through direct reports.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a seasoned FM professional with experience working across high-end, mixed-use estates. Key qualifications include:

  • MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
  • IOSH/Nebosh certificate
