Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for service users and care workers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Effectively handle initial enquiries, providing clear and concise information to prospective service users and their families.
- Roster staff to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of care to clients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Liaise with other professionals involved in service users' care, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist with recruiting new care workers to the team, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor care workers, conducting regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
- Support the effective handling of safeguarding, incidents, and complaints, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that the service is working within the standards expected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
- A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with service users, care workers, and other professionals.
- Flexible and able to cope with changing demands and priorities, remaining calm under pressure.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- A friendly, confident, and helpful telephone manner, with a strong focus on customer service.
- A person with a strong focus on teamwork, able to work independently and apply initiative when necessary.
- A positive, focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and exceeding targets.
