We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our dynamic administration team at Practice Plus Group. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and bookings across various specialties, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
- Liaise with referrers and external providers to ensure timely and efficient communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the administration and customer service teams to ensure smooth operation of the hospital.
