Key Responsibilities
  • Provide user support for finance-related queries and issues, ensuring seamless system functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in D365 implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and deliver documentation and training for business users, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our ERP solutions.
  • Streamline and optimize the usage of D365, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Stay updated on new functionalities and developments in D365 Finance & Operations, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
  • Technical Skills and Experience:
    • Ideally several years of experience as a functional consultant for the finance module in D365 Finance & Operations.
    • Proven track record in IT implementation projects within multinational enterprises.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft work environment (MS Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
    • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Personal Skills and Attributes:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Results-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
    • Ability to deliver under tight and changing deadlines within a matrix organization.
    • Proficient in presentation and document writing.
    • Adaptable to thrive in an international, multicultural setting.
Qualifications
  • Tech-savvy with solid D365 F&O experience.
  • Microsoft Certification for D365 F&O is desirable.
