Oculus Legal Group is seeking a dedicated Administrator to enhance our Lettings division. This role involves providing essential support to our proficient Lettings team, focusing on the management of residential tenancy documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and distribution of tenancy agreements.
- Management of pre and post tenancy documentation.
- Updating and maintaining property information.
- Organizing safety certificates and ensuring compliance.
- Performing general administrative tasks as required.
- Demonstrated high standards of work quality.
- Prior experience in administration, preferably within the lettings sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently over the phone.
- Competitive salary between £25,000 - £35,000 based on experience.
