Join Our Team as a Procurement Coordinator

Trinity Personnel is seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic manufacturing team.

Role Overview: In this office-based position, you will report directly to the Procurement Manager. This role does not offer hybrid or remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expediting purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitoring and managing estimated delivery timelines
  • Communicating any potential delays or inquiries with the procurement team
  • Utilizing Sage 200 for tracking and modifying orders
  • Reviewing order confirmations to verify adherence to technical specifications
  • Gathering necessary documentation such as delivery notes and proof of delivery
  • Reconciling delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as required within the procurement department

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within a procurement environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 software
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
  • Background in manufacturing is a significant plus

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, with a half-day on Friday.

Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience.
