Join Our Team as a Procurement Coordinator
Trinity Personnel is seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic manufacturing team.
Role Overview: In this office-based position, you will report directly to the Procurement Manager. This role does not offer hybrid or remote work options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expediting purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring and managing estimated delivery timelines
- Communicating any potential delays or inquiries with the procurement team
- Utilizing Sage 200 for tracking and modifying orders
- Reviewing order confirmations to verify adherence to technical specifications
- Gathering necessary documentation such as delivery notes and proof of delivery
- Reconciling delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes
- Performing additional administrative tasks as required within the procurement department
Candidate Profile:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a procurement environment
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Familiarity with Sage 200 software
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
- Background in manufacturing is a significant plus
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, with a half-day on Friday.
Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience.
