Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive administrative duties with meticulous attention to detail to support our clients and workers.
* Communicate roster changes with existing workforce.
* Investigate absences, lateness, and other attendance related issues.
* Compile weekly performance reports to share with clients.
* Provide outstanding care of our workforce, ensuring they feel fully supported and valued from day one.
* Collaborate closely with our team to refine and enhance the recruitment process, making sure our service always exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
* Strong IT skills with proven experience using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to support and build meaningful connections.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain composed and organised, even in high-pressure situations.
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the recruitment or aviation sectors.
* At least 5 A*-C grade GCSE's including Maths and English.
